How does this work?

As you read on the "freerapid winners" page, the percentage there will increase randomly. Once it reaches 100% , message will show up on top of the page.The first one who enters e-mail and sends it, will get Free Rapidshare Premium downloads.Yes, 1GB of rapidshare files downloads without any limitions just like a premium user.

How much percent will it increase by each day?

There is no pattern, it's random.It may increase by only 1%, or maybe by 0%, or perharps 10% or even 40%!
To be Fair, there is no rule in the percentage increase. The percentage is updated daily, so do come back another day and who knows! You might be the lucky one!

You want my e-mail, is this a scam?

First, you don't send any data until the percentage gets to 100%. Even when it gets, as soon as someone enters e-mail and submits it, the percentage is restarted to 0% and that form is gone, so very few people will even see the form.
Secondly, you can enter whatever mail you like, as long as you can check it.
Since we just started, if you are uncomfortable with giving us e-mail, you can open free email account just for this purpose and use it if you manage to be here when percentage gets to 100%.

Are you giving rapidshare premium 1GB download once only?

No, when the percentage gets to 100% and the rapidshare premium 1GB download is given, percentage is restarted to 0% and starts loading again for a new premium 1GB download.
